Heartwork Executive Search services go beyond recruitment and on-boarding by offering organizations detailed assessments on its current acquisition activities and selection processes with an equity lens, and by helping you create on-boarding plans designed to integrate and support your new hire. Each project begins with a comprehensive assessment that allows us to learn more about your business’ culture (both in practice and policy), followed by the design and implementation of a strategic plan that will shape your human capital policies for today’s four-generational workforce.

Heartwork’s learning portfolio addresses emotional intelligence, leadership development, and cultural competency for non-profits, government entities, corporations, district schools, and charter management organizations. Our goal is to help learners leave each workshop with a new set of skills and strategies they can’t wait to implement, improve on and (eventually) perfect. This isn’t where you “sit and get” or hide in silence. Each workshop is an interactive experience, allowing participants to learn through reflection and knowledge sharing.
