Heartwork’s Level Up Executive Coaching focuses on those new to executive level leadership and high-potential managers who want to learn how to lead authentically. Designed for middle managers with more than seven years’ experience, the Personal Executive Coaching program helps clients gain the self-awareness necessary to become an adaptive servant leader from where you are right now. With personality and values assessments, previous performance evaluations and an in-depth intake session, Heartwork will design a personal development plan that offers strategies to improve soft skills and resources to solidify the technical skills needed to exceed expectations in your current role. Let us help take the next steps by walking alongside you during the first few weeks of your new leadership role. Level Up’s Executive Onboarding Coaching program is a collaborative experience where we’ll develop a stakeholder management work plan, a learning and development road map and personalized goals for your first quarter, based on the critical work streams of your new role. Coaching clients will gain strategies to address growth areas, shore up soft skills, and learn how to give and receive critical feedback. Coaching agreements cover a minimum of a consecutive three-month period, and can extend depending on client need and capacity.

Organizations can take advantage of Heartwork’s executive coaching program by creating a cohort of four to six new executives or high-potential associates and managers. Org-Wide Coaching Cohort members will attend online webinars and/or in person workshops, in addition to personalized coaching plans that align with your organization’s business and cultural goals. All members are also eligible to participate in one of the L.I.T. Learning Opportunities within six months of cohort completion, free of charge! In order to meet the needs of each organization, Heartwork proudly partners with Unbrand Consulting, expanding our capacity with a diverse cadre of experienced coaches and consultants.
