social IntelLiGence (SQ)

Learning the difference between being a leader and being “the boss” is the core of our social capital learning and development curriculum. Emotional Intelligence (EQ) helps us mine our own emotions and how they impact our behavior, while social intelligence (SQ) measures our ability to get along with and influence others. Far beyond simple likability, leaders with high levels of social intelligence are adept at leveraging their influence to meet and exceed goals and using this capital to develop other leaders along the way.

Heartwork’s SQ learning opportunities are available in webinar or in-person format and are best suited for larger audiences (>20) from all professional levels. TECHNICAL Intelligence (Tq)

Okay, so the name is IQ-ish. However, in the workplace technical skills are often more valuable than academic intelligence. ( Sure you have a Ph.D, but can you create a report from a CRM or ATS?) Designed with today’s professional in mind, our TQ learning opportunities offer common sense approaches to topics such as project management, customer service, and goal setting. Our hands-on workshops have impact no matter the industry and allow participants to leave with resources and a personal development plan recommendation to ensure their learning continues. Because we aim to address the whole audience and individual needs, these courses are limited to small groups (<15) when offered via webinar or in-person training. Self-paced modules are also available for large crowds, without the development plan option.

We also offer human capital focused workshops for talent professionals on topics such as creating diverse pipelines, partner relationship management, succession planning, and more. These learning options include both self-paced online modules, facilitated webinars, and in-person workshops customized to your needs. These learning opportunities are best suited for large audiences with mixed levels of experience.
